| Old Ayer Road Cape is a classic Royal Barry Wills New England cape sitting on an acre of land about a mile from Groton School. Built in 1948, an additional wing was added by the owner Mr. Nash while he was a teacher at Groton School. When you enter this house, you'll love its sun filled rooms all brand new, air conditioned, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is positively charming. Equipped with Bosch appliances, and a tiger maple table just waiting for your morning coffee. Off the kitchen is the formal dining room furnished with Henkel Harris furniture sufficient for six people. A gorgeous fireplaced living room appointed with Southwood Chairs and Sofa. There is a private office just off the living room. Wireless Internet works throughout the house. Upstairs, you'll find a private bath off the Master Bedroom furnished with a Henkel Harris pineapple queen sized bed, a Shifman mattress and custom bedding. The second bedroom has a Statton full sized pineapple bed, and a Henkel Harris chest. The charming third bedroom has a delightful single size antique mahogany. |
 The West Wing of the house offers a private sanctuary with stunning views of the back courtyard. It is absolutely perfect for grandparents or friends to stay. The wing has a large, fireplaced room, with a sleep sofa, a private bath, and kitchenette with stackable washer and dryer. Additionally the wing even has its own means of ingress & egress. The refrigerator is stocked with a variety of drinks, condiments, orange juice, milks etc. Please let us know your preferences so we may plan accordingly. We always provide a fresh loaf of bread next to the toaster. There are cereals in the cabinets and the freezer has ice cream available for dessert. All food is complimentary.
