The Fairview Guest House is a three bedroom two bath house situated in Groton Center. The house is a sparkling clean respite, just minutes away from Groton School.

The game room is terrific and all first class. It features an HD plasma television and a Brunswick nine foot slate pool table. Wireless internet works throughout the house. The exercise room offers a gym quality treadmill along with another television.

The three bedrooms feature handmade Shifman Mattresses and goose down pillows. All three are appointed with solid cherry furniture manufactured right here in New England. The first bedroom has a twin bed that is sized extra long, the other bedroom features a full size and the master has a queen size sleigh bed.

The large fireplaced living room is furnished in classic leather. The dining room set is Statton cherry furniture. The kitchen is fully appointed with high end appliances.

The refrigerator is stocked with a variety of drinks, condiments, orange juice, milks etc. Please let us know your preferences so we may plan accordingly. We always provide a fresh loaf of bread next to the toaster. There are cereals in the cabinets and the freezer has ice cream available for dessert. All food is complimentary.
